Endpoints that start or steer a verification for a user in urbanpayx_kyc mode: generate the hosted link, ask for failed steps to be redone, override a decision by hand, and look up which levels your account can use.
Users in external_attestation mode are not verified through these endpoints - report their outcome under External attestation instead.
