Lists past wallet screenings for this account, newest first. Supports
pagination (page, page_size) and optional filters on
wallet_address, blockchain, severity, and reference_id, plus a
free-text q matched against the screening id, wallet address and
reference.

Results are sorted newest first. Combine wallet_address, blockchain, severity, and reference_id to narrow results — all filters are exact-match and can be combined. severity filters on the band, so UNKNOWN returns the lowest band (risk score 0-9), which is where clean addresses land.
